Hi everyone! I am Laura.
I’m the writer on the main blog and the brain behind the Creators’ Tribe blog. I am a computer engineer who wanted more than the 9-5 life.
I’ve always loved to write. I’ve always dreamt to inspire others to follow their dreams. Funny enough, I did not follow mine. I allowed myself influenced by the economic realities of my country and went to university to study computer engineering. I loved it and yet I didn’t feel 100% fulfilled.

How The Creators’ Tribe was born
One day I remembered my first passion – writing. Inspired by one of my favorite authors, Rebecca Campbell, I realized what helped me write when I was younger was the fact that I was doing it for myself. It was not meant for others to see or admire, I did not care about it. And funnily enough, people loved what I wrote. So I decided to finally start a blog, which you can find under the Blog section. Most people nowadays share their creations on social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube. Those that want more create their own blogs. After all, WordPress makes it pretty easy.
But there’s a group of people who hardly ever finds the courage to share. Those who dislike social media, those who do not want to share what they write there because they don’t want family, co-workers or bosses to read it. Let’s not forget those who have thought about starting a blog, but feel overwhelmed about the work, the design, SEO, promotion. In all honesty, that can take away your creative ideas. Or maybe the constant hunt for likes and comments on social media becomes annoying after a while.
I wanted to build the Creators’ Tribe for these people. A place where they can just write their thoughts without worrying about SEO optimization or web design without worrying about what their boss will say. iCreate.thecreatorstribe.com is where the magic will happen. I wanted it to be separate from my own blog, to give you your own space. I didn’t want creations getting lost in the midst of my own post, which will be both creative, inspirational but also news. And if you don’t want to write, check it out anyway. I hope in time, The Creators’ Tribe will become a place where everyone will find inspiration.
